Hello — I'm Janet. I've lived in and around York for most of my life, and I've been welcoming holiday guests into my homes here since 2008. In that time thousands of people have made themselves at home with us, from couples on a weekend away to big family gatherings for Christmas and New Year.
Homes, not hotel rooms
Every one of our places is a proper home to settle into — full kitchens, comfortable sitting rooms, and beds made up and ready the moment you arrive. They're all within a short walk of York Minster and the city centre. Minster Bells even has its own secure parking — a real rarity this close in.
Looking after the little things
Travelling with young children? You'll find travel cots, high chairs, stair gates and a box of toys already waiting, so there's less to pack and more to enjoy. And because I live nearby, there's always a real person on hand if you need anything during your stay.
